Demo Support
If you are having trouble logging into the demo site, please realize there are TWO separate logins. One login is located below the menus. This login will log you into the front end of the site for editing content and community builder. The Administrator login will log you into the backend of the site where you can fully administer your site.

Can I get email services

What if my website name (domain) is registered through GoDaddy or Network Solutions?
This is normal, they are just your domain registrar and will point your domain towards your new FraternitySite, it will make no difference on your service.
Do you provide as many services as Chapter Communications
The short answer is YES; however, to keep our costs lower than Chapter Communications we filtered out the stuff (like dues and ecommerce collection) that most people won’t use. These features are available as customizations though.
Can the basic site be customized to at least have our colors?

You’re a new company, how can we trust your expertise and credibility?
Remember, FraternitySites.Net is new, our parent company SkyDev is not. They have years and years of experience offering complicated web systems to consumers, businesses, and the government.
I’m not happy with my site from Chapter Communications but I need its functionality for RUSH and upcoming events.

Absolutely, our sites can be used for just about any group or club!
Is your product Greek Licensed?
Not yet, we’re working on it.
When do I pay the Setup Fee?
You pay the setup fee after your site is online and customized according to the package you buy.
Since you have no contracts, will our hosting prices go up?
We do not anticipate raising hosting costs unless your website is going over the maximum data transfer.
My previous hosting company had to work on our site a lot, rendering it useless, is this standard?
No, 90% of the upgrades we will do will not require service interruption. If we need to interrupt your service, it will take place after hours, usually on Saturday or Sunday nights and won’t take more than 2 hours.
